I have told people the story of your most awesome SK thrift find! Did you know you're a legend?!
So, it's not just in my mind anymore? Why do I feel like yelling 'You like me! You really like me!'?

Loved that one and Strangers.I am out of fresh....re-reading Midnight by Dean Koontz.
Before Michael Crichton died, you could send books to his office in California (of course with pre-paid return postage!) and he would sign them. I had all of his books in hardback 1st printings which I sent (three at a time) to him for signing. If you asked to have them inscribed to yourself, they were mailed back much quicker than if you wanted them just 'flat-signed'.
Joe Hill has a deal with a bookstore up in his neck of the woods. Every once in a while he posts that his books are available for order and you can request his autograph and a personalized doodle. He pops into the store every few weeks and signs a bunch then they are shipped out. This is usually done when he has a new book or graphic novel or a new edition of something older. It was a good one.Loved that one and Strangers.
There are a handful of King I can't/won't read again. Cujo is one, then Pet Semetary and Gerald's Game. Cujo and Pet Semetary because it hurts too much, and Gerald's Game because the whole time I read it I was tense, uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Powerful works all.Started my reread of Cujo as part of my massive Stephen King reread project.
I'm only 50 pages in and my stomach has already twisted into knots two or three times. This is SUCH a bleak book. (And I've read this thing three times before, mind you.)
I did, too, up until the last chapter whenI liked Midnight.
Yep - Pet Sematary is another I can't read again! There are a handful of King I can't/won't read again. Cujo is one, then Pet Semetary and Gerald's Game. Yup, those three make me uncomfortable as well. I'd add "Apt Pupil" and The Dark Half to that list too-- especially the latter. Anything to do with damage to the eyes or brain gets to me, as well as razors.... That book has all of those things. There are a handful of King I can't/won't read again. I think Strangers was my actual very first Koontz book that I read. It was fantastic!Loved that one and Strangers.
#1 is a lie I've stopped telling myself. I will never stop buying books before reading the ones I already have. It simply cannot be done by me.http://www.buzzfeed.com/farrahpenn/new-year-new-books#.cdok17LAG

I saw him in quiz show in sweden. He was and acted rather stupid im sorry to say. But I liked the book well enough.I am reading The Girl in the Spider's Web by David Lagercrantz, so far it rings true.
Post Office - Charles Bukowski
Over the break I finished Cujo, and read Holly Brown's 'Don't Try To Find Me', William S. Burrough's 'Junky', Owen King's 'We're All In This Together', and Rainn Wilson's 'The Bassoon King'.
