Seeing as how you're new here I'll refrain from siccing Pennywise (or member Robert Gray) on you.

To be fair.

I am a late 90s baby and while I do write period pieces set anywhere from the 30s to the 90s from time to time (I write ...a lot fiction of different kinds). But given my time of birth I have no nostalgic love for IT of reading it in the 80s. ;;D

GREAT BOOK though but 11/22/63 just felt more like a well put together story and a perfect ending to great adventure. Plus even though I'm a young mixed race nerd of a man I related more to Jake then the Losers Club (though I did relate to the club in the sense of the kinda feeling like an outsider when younger) lol

Course I didn't grow up in the 50s. I mean I love that period to learn about and write but growing when I did...worked to my advantage of being treated nicer....wheeew!*breathes a sigh of relief*

Though I'll admit IT, Salem's Lot, Needful and a lot of King's work made it my goal to write a mysterious small town novel someday down the road and the urge to write a time travel story has never hit me. :D
