Hey staro - it worked! Yay!
The raven now has a visible white band of glue along the base of one wing but at least he is able to be propped back on to his soapstone base

Yeah,I saw the pic,and on going to random thoughts,saw you posted recently,and knowing you are a good sport,picked on you! So,it was totally random,in keeping with the random thoughts theme..can't get much more random than that! Now,that makes me wish that Stephen had picked Random House as his publisher..though I miss the old Viking logo on his eighties and nineties books..more random stuff..Okie dokie - hanging out at graveyards is not my thing anyway

Okay - I have a random thought:
Why is that when I get on here (this SKMB) I have the hardest time to tear myself away on a Sunday night?

Oh, Sunny. I wish I could. The only good thing is, it was my work laptop and they did have a refurbished one, so I'm using that one. I didn't tell them about the scissors.
