I have much experience with women's lips, but pumpkin never entered the equation. Although the pic of biting of the guy's leg off did remind me of this one blind date...I have a pumpkin spice lip balm at work - today I looked at the fine print and in French it said:
"Citrouille diabolique"!
Have a great fall Die-A-Bol-Eek!
Things I don’t like about Fall.
As stated earlier… Pumpkin everything.
I’s dark in the morning and I’m not allowed to turn the bedroom light on to get my clothes together, least I wake my lovely wife up.
Dog sweaters.
Leaves
Wife: You need to deal with the leaves.
Me: Why, we live in the country? Look across the street… A cornfield. I don’t think the ears mind.
Political commercials.
Christmas decorations are already picked out at the stores.
Young girls in bikinis are but a fond memory.
Yes! Bring Sunny with you!!! I promise free hairstyling for life!!!Very humid....think of your poor hair. Although you could bring Sunny with you, I'm sure the Costa Ricans won't mind........
Wait......you're talking about the hair, and not the idea of taking me.......right????Buzz kill
Absolutely! If you'd like to come to Costa Rica, too, that would be awesome.Wait......you're talking about the hair, and not the idea of taking me.......right????
The fire-pit was finished over 10 years ago. As for leaves, that is what the mulcher attachment on the tractor is for. Anyways, I love the smell of dead mulched leaves in the morning... It smells like... victory. If you had finished that fire pit, you could burn the leaves.......
Awesome! I can't speak French, but I'm fluent in "Smile and Nod"Absolutely! If you'd like to come to Costa Rica, too, that would be awesome.
Smile and nod works in just about any language. Costa Ricans speak Spanish but there are so many American ex-pats and tourists there, English is spoken as well. I think I'm talking myself back into that and frizzy hair be damned.Awesome! I can't speak French, but I'm fluent in "Smile and Nod"
On the bright side, we won't have to brush our hair while we're there!Smile and nod works in just about any language. Costa Ricans speak Spanish but there are so many American ex-pats and tourists there, English is spoken as well. I think I'm talking myself back into that and frizzy hair be damned.
Yet another reason for going! On the bright side, we won't have to brush our hair while we're there!
You've got me wondering where the recipe for my Beef Barley soup is hiding. I guess it is time to put the Madrilène away and start heating it up!I like to drag out the old duvet full of feathers at this time of year - just bought a new duvet cover for it with matching pillow cases
Making home made soup in a big pot - that's the best thing to have after coming in out of the cool air
LOL. I had a girlfriend from Arizona, once. Should I tell you what Arizonans think about snowbirds?Ummm...yeah....I'm going to believe all that from someone who did it because he was p*ssed at his Canadian girlfriend. He did have a point about it being too cold, though. I'd be heading someplace warm.
No need. It's probably pretty similar to what some of us think of the summer tourists here. But in both cases, they're more than happy to take the money they bring to local communities. I notice AZ hasn't been rejecting the real estate taxes I pay.LOL. I had a girlfriend from Arizona, once. Should I tell you what Arizonans think about snowbirds?
True. I guess an outlander is treated like an outlander everywhere... until it comes to cash and taxes. No need. It's probably pretty similar to what some of us think of the summer tourists here.
