The weather is gorgeous here today in Georgia the smell of fall lingers in a brisk cool air laced with sunshine and the delightful sound of crows cawing out in a little town where The Dead are Walking. :smile2:

Yes, we had the warmest temperature on record for November yesterday. It was 88 degrees. Today is a bit cooler and partly cloudy but it appears the next two weeks will be in 80s and 70s. We will probably be in short sleeves this Thanksgiving. Unseasonal but not that unusual. I am enjoying it.

Yes, it is nice isn't it!! It is unusual for us to be this warm, in fact yesterday broke a record for high temp in Nov. We aren't going to get cold just quite yet, but by Thanksgiving it is 40's/20's....Brr!

Raining in Kelowna you ask? Of course it is! It never stops and somewhere behind all that cloud there are
mountains, and that mass of fog through the middle of the city is the lake. The locals call it being socked in.
Definitely time to build an ark :wait:

Western NC is basically on fire. The air is thick with smoke haze and stench from fires burning in Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, Linville Gorge, and a few other places I can't think of right now. Over 36,000 acres have been burned so far. No real rain in the forecast for the near future.

The only danger here is breathing in stinky air.....but Charlotte has a much higher risk of that today.
All the fires are an hour or so from me.

The sun is out today in Kelowna! How about that.The blue skies and few clouds are a welcome sight. It is about 1deg now
and should go up to 4deg. Come on snow! Surprise me!! :smile:

Found ice in the outside water bowls this morning. Managed 35F at sunrise and now 65F and full sun. Another freeze tonight.
