That is disturbing and sounds like police intervention might be needed. This is a co-worker or a stranger? If it is a stranger, there's a good chance that it's one of those bots building a "relationship" to eventually troll for money which can be hard for someone with impaired function to recognize. If it is a co-worker, it could potentially be even more sinister. Regardless, I wouldn't leave it to the company to handle because that often leads to trouble, I'd report it to the authorities.
