They did a professional photo session this past weekend both for family photos to use for their Christmas cards and photos and a video of the baby with her first smash cake. She would stick her finger in the frosting and eat it and then look around at her parents like she wasn't sure if she was getting away with something. Here's a pic the photographers put up on their FB page with the caption "When cake gives you a sideways glance, you give that look right back."

I'm a bit prejudiced but I think so, too.
I am going to be happy when they decide to trim her bangs, though. I think my daughter has been waiting for it to get a little longer all over before she does that. The color always looks strawberry blonde in pics but in person is more blonde.
