OMG. That reminds me of a guy who, after we were done, he actually asked if I was going to give him a tip for his "really great service." And he wasn't joking. Although I didn't guess that until later. I thought he was being facetious or sarcastic - or something. And anyway, he was a doctor. Back then I gave a person extra leeway for being highly educated and respected in the community.
