Just read that under the done has been renewed for season 3. This pleases me . I was a fan of season 2 after not being overly impressed with season 1. I'm interested in other hard-core king fans opinion of this show. So what do u think guys.

Honestly?
In my opinion, this show is the worst thing to ever see the light of day with Stephen King's name attached to it. The "writers" are just going to keep trying to extend this "story" as long as possible with no plot arc(s) or consequences to anything that happens (how many critical injuries has Julia had?).

Did ya hafta underline 'my'? Kinda makes ya sound self-important 'n' all. No underline woulda been just fine.
"How many critical injuries has Julia had?"
Not so many as I wouldn't kiss better. How's that?

I underlined it because it referred specifically to my opinion, as I know I am in a SK/UTD TV forum where most people still watch the show and have higher opinions of it, and I didnt want to speak for them/you. I was trying to bring attention to my opinion being isolated and not speaking as fact or in the majority here.
We didn't get anything about it directly from CBS--perhaps because Stephen isn't planning to do any personal promotion of the series this season, but have no reason to believe it isn't accurate. It's not official until MsMod says it is.........
from TV Guide News:
CBS announces.......
Under the Dome moves to Thursday nights beginning with a two-hour premiere on June 25. Emmy winner Marg Helgenberger has booked a guest-starring role on the series, as part of an extended story arc that begins in the premiere.

I just hope they wrap it up this season. I don't know if it's the writing, acting, directing, or all three, but it's been a pretty hard watch thus far. I'm having a hard time watching characters that Mr King spent a great deal of time creating & developing get slaughtered and completely redone for the screen. Of course with all my complaining I'll still watch season 3.
