    Speaking of Bacon...

    Crispy or floppy - how do you like your's? I'm a crispy bacon lover. I love how the fat gets all hard and crunchy and the grease sort of caramelizes - there's nothing as good as crispy bacon. HOWEVER, my husband and 3 children like what I call "floppy" bacon. I have to take their portions...
