This is what happens when you buy it at 7-11

The lower rate is because of the taxes on gas. New Jersey screws you in soooo many other ways elsewhere with taxes. They're still coming over into PA (legally) in droves to live in order to get away from their taxes.

And yet the taxes on gas apparently aren't enough to refurbish the crumbling infrastructure in either state.

...I'm not certain, but I believe if I understand the word correctly-you've even used it properly...to begin with, I thought it were a name for a new kinda air freshener...
