All arguments that have nothing to do with my original point that it's okay to like sports and it's equally okay not to. Which goes along just fine with the title of the thread since (at least for some) it is an (Appropriate) Unpopular Opinion.

That would have been a fine point, until the ... '*sigh*' came into play, as it was akin to what you were grousing on me about.

Elvis certainly wasn’t the King but I don’t think Holly was either, I’m a Chuck Berry loyalist personally.

Holly and the Crickets are good but I think Chuck Berry and Little Richard had more staying power. We were going to see the Buddy Holly museum when we were in Lubbock two years ago but it was closed.

It's not even the fact it all sounds the same really. There are bands I like where all their stuff sounds the same, and it's fine with me. I've just never really liked any of U2's stuff.

Pets are a big responsibility. If you feel you do not like pets, it is better to not have one as a companion, and embrace others that do.
