It looks like it might be good but I don't get the concept- aren't they both the 'good' guys?

Not in The Dark Knight Returns, which this is based on. In that story, Batman was a deranged violentl lunatic, and Superman was a government stooge. There have also been comics where Supes goes kinda power mad, as it seems he may have here.

You don't read many comics, do you? Heh heh. Good guys are always fighting the good guys. Stan Lee made an entire industry out of the concept.
...after the superheroes had tackled a vast sort of supervillains which is not the case in the movies. Going after the Joker for so many films is just lame and disrespectful. I wanna' see more Catwoman, Egghead, Man-bat, etc, before I see Batman v Superman where Wonder Woman makes her cinema debut without a headline. Just goes to show you that chivalry is dead, outside my home.

Uh...okay. I think I see your point. Yeah, I'd like to see Clayface. Maybe Solomon Grundy (born on a Monday). Ol Bats has a great rogues gallery. Superman? His foes suck.

I just dig the whole Dark Knight Returns vibe. Big Frank Miller fan over here.

I'll give myself away as a non-comic book guy (probably), but it seems to me that if Superman and Batman were to ever actually get into it . . . couldn't Superman -- you know -- just throw Batman into outer space or something and just be done with him?

Or does Batman have Kryptonite on his utility belt?

I know it will seem stupid to people who get this stuff, but I honestly don't see how this would be a fight.

I asked a kid at work about this and he started going on and on about all the different kinds of Kryptonite there are.

Maybe I just don't have the patience.

See, what you don't know is that Batman has a Super Bat Girl at his disposal.
She knows what to do to Superman to render him powerless.
