I can imagine what the Doctor must have said to this cyclist:
Doctor: So, Mr John Doe, we have come up with an idea on how to relieve you of your erection, which may remain indefinitely, unless we operate now. We have decided the best way to do this is to jer...er....manually compress you.
And John Doe's response could have been any of these I suppose.
Now it would very much depend on the doctor's gender. Or maybe not?
I don't even want to know what that is. WTF!...just sayin'...
...a manual compression device o'coss....don't know 'bout you-but it ain't makin' my old sparky too twitchy....
The only thing it does is make me cringe and break out in a sweat. Does that crank need to be so big??
