What is Velveeta? I'm so gagging to try your fried stuff with jam one day. We were going to an American Diner in Eastbourne for a bite to eat with friends and I was dead excited to see some burger concoction on the menu that came with jam. Had checked it out on the on-line menu and i'd already decided I was right up for that. Was SO disappointed when we got there and that was the one dish they'd taken off the menu. I guess the Brits aren't ready yet to mix jam and cheese and bacon and stuff. Sigh.

Velveeta is cheese. It is really creamy and melts well. Great taste.

I don't know guys. I prefer a good sharp cheddar for mac and cheese..Darn, now I am hungry for a snack. I can tell tonight my orange in bed isn't gonna cut it. Think I'll go scrounge in the fridge... Night guys... muttering about bacon, and potato skins and grilled cheese and mac and cheese, and nachos, and some type of grilled bits, but rather is hungry now,,,,
