I bought a block the other day for $5.49 .Guess that was a good deal. making homemade Mac and Cheese tonight.
So far all I did with it was put it inside a grilled cheese sandwich - not too bad!

I think I will go to the Kraft website and look for recipes. I love corn chips with dip, so that is one recipe I will probably try, too.

You know you want to try it. :D But, since you can't find Velveeta....:p

Trust me......it's worth it :D

Did you wipe the Velveeta off your fingers before typing that post?

Don't you put jam or jelly on toast? Not really much different. I put it on after the sandwich is made.

Actually, it was the thought of the warm cheese AND jam together that had me icking........

Perhaps I'll try it sometime. About as likely as a Broncos victory this Sunday.........:p

Who is this Ding Dong you speak of? Not my Peyton, surely!

Since we're already waaay off topic here, we were out and about Friday and there was some kind of delivery truck parked half in a business entrance, and half out into the street, blocking traffic. On our way by it, I noticed Omaha and Hurry hurry! written ALL over the back of the truck, in all the road grime. It made me giggle. :D

What is Velveeta? I'm so gagging to try your fried stuff with jam one day. We were going to an American Diner in Eastbourne for a bite to eat with friends and I was dead excited to see some burger concoction on the menu that came with jam. Had checked it out on the on-line menu and i'd already decided I was right up for that. Was SO disappointed when we got there and that was the one dish they'd taken off the menu. I guess the Brits aren't ready yet to mix jam and cheese and bacon and stuff. Sigh.
