It came down about 70 miles northwest of me. Took out power to about 30,000 with its cables. The local people interviewed on the news had a common theme... How stupid is our government?
Nope. But when it was going on yesterday, and reports were it was heading to NE PA, I looked up into the sky whenever I went outside. Didn’t want to get ‘cowed’ like in Under the Dome.So you won't be posting in the Short(er) People thread now?

With all the news coverage and film, they could make a "Blimpnado" special.
No, I had Chinese (figured I needed to do my own surveillance to help out the country since out multi-billion dollars system was on the blink).Did you have Blimpie for lunch?

It cost $150,000,000 tax dollars to build this thing? WTF? I thought all government contracts went to the cheapest bidder? Glad my (and your) tax dollars are hard at work......
