Butter lettuce anyone?

Okay, so I think I have become addicted to this butter lettuce!! I have been buying the Dole packaged one that has red lettuce and butter lettuce in it. It's a soft lettuce with none of the crunch that the other lettuce has. It suits the delicate flower within me. Plus, as far as I know, no one has become sick on it like they have with the romaine lettuce. Anyone else like this stuff?

I add oil to my kale. It makes it easier to scrape into the trash.

I keep forgetting that you Floridians can grow year round while we up here romaine mostly late spring into early fall.
