***SPOILER ALERT - best not to read this post if you haven't finished the book IV yet!
Oh Stephen King, you never disappoint! I have just finished book IV a week ago and honestly, the story still haunts me today. So many sleepless nights (and drowsy days at work) because I could not put this book down. So many gut wrenching moments found me either crying while reading or actually shouting at the book because in some way, I truly believed that I could change the tragic course of events that took place. I could (and sometimes still can) actually hear the characters speaking in my mind, especially during those final tragic moments. Signs of a fantastic book when you can forget your surroundings because you are drawn in, happy to take on the silent observer role amongst all the characters, eagerly awaiting for the story to unfold.
Did everyone love this book as much as I did?
I hope that the series only continues to get even better. Bring on book V!!
