85-grand for the buildings and 5-acres? Sounds like a steal. We have a pile of old mining houses around here you can have for a song...my old man worked on/in a few...elephant hide wallpaper...turn-style in the garage--for a Model A or whatever the Rolls Royce of the day was...probably a Rolls Royce...huge fireplace in each room. Not wood chunks...the whole tree. The mining bosses lived well. Plus, there is/was always the servants quarters...small house on the property. All that rich Boston money, Cousin Jacks. Some of them have been converted to bed and breakfast joints. Looks like the house has some Finn roots...around here, the Cousin Jack Mining Boss wrote to the Secretary of the Interior and said not to send anymore Finns to the Copper Country...they're too stubborn and demand a working wage. Heh! Imagine that happening today. Don't matter who you are...at some point in your life, you will find someone more than willing and able to discriminate against you.

What! Only one bathroom? That would be hard to live with. (You could always build an authentic "out house" in keeping with the historical flavour and theme)
