I solemnly promise to use fewer commas this year. Cormac McCarthy would rather eat his saddle than use a comma. He's the master, though. I use more commas than Martha Stewart uses throw pillows, and probably for the same reason- comfort. Heh. Writers don't want their readers to bump into brick walls or lose track of the red laser dot. Communication over style, I suppose. What say you?

Oh, aye. I'm a comma gal, too. I've been trying to find a balance and seem to be successful with that. But I still refuse to use an Oxford comma. :p
