That's adorable, but it's dangerous for the bear. If it's not afraid of people, it's more likely to get shot by one later in life. "Oh, it's just a person. No big deal." BAM!
Come to think of it, I know of no mammal that doesn't like to lick another mammal, including itself.

As i understood it, these were hikers that happened across the baby bear in the wild, and were glad mama wasn't around. I could be mistaken, though. Totally different story if it's protected.Consequently, one presumes the bear would not be released into the wild. But, you're right.

Little baby Godzillas!I took this today at a job site a little South of West Palm Beach. These guys are all over the place in Palm Beach County and South of Palm Beach County. They sure are a lot cuter than our cane toads and they don't eat meat, so that's a plus too.
