In Ireland this time of year we can go days on end without seeing the sun and I definitely don't like that. The temperatures are ok at the moment, but we do get a lot of high wind and rain. I like the comfort food of soups, chilli and casseroles. I LOVE pumpkin pie spice everything. Canned pumpkin isn't around much, but we get small cuisine pumpkins and that's ok. Winter in this country sucks. Two snowflakes and the country closes down. Not looking forward to the coming months at all.
