I’ve sworn off Clan McGregor... started giving me headaches. Although my replacement, Old Smuggler (for when I want my blended scotch mixed with soda) would probably elicit the stink eye from you, also.
I took some Clan McGregor to a local lab to try to see what was in there. They emailed me back, telling me my horse was sick.
Actually, I've had Clan McGregor. I didn't mind it. I had some Diet Coke for a mixer.
And my last purchase was a Glenmorangie too! 12-year, in port casks. Should be interesting. Taking it to the annual SMSTP (single-malt scotch tasting party) this Saturday. It won't be uncorked till then. We've had this gathering every year now for 24 years. Charter group of five, grown to about eight or nine. Outlasted two charter members' marriages. Sadly, it looks like one of the original guys will not make it to the 25th. We'll visit him in the hospital before the Gathering.
