EXCELLENT thread!

Ms.Spidey was one of the first, if not THE first, to welcome me to the board.

When the crud hits the fan I PM her and she comforts, advises, encourages and supports me and my son.

When I am missing from the Board she posts on my page and sends me prayers, love and green lights.

Cool, huh?

Ma'am, you know how I feel about you.

Your Siggie,

Peace.

Lady Spidey is a wonderful woman. She is by far the only member that is unbiased against anyone or what they believe to be true in their heart. She is a woman that I wish to be. She is open and she is sincere and can get her point across without ridicule or insulting ridiculousness.

Lady Spidey has been a long time member of this board and I am very grateful and honored to know her.

She is the truthfulness to all of our Dark Towers.

I guess you know I love you, right?

I do . . .

I don't say what I don't mean.

I love you.

:spiderman:I don't know why she is called "Spideyman" - does she have special Spidey senses?

I have heard Spidey make the odd ribald joke - I recall one once (something about two people caught making out at a Home Depot in the garden shed). So yeah - Spidey is full of love and green lights, but don't sell her short - she possesses an excellent sense of humour too!)

Neesy -- I took the username Spideyman to honor my passed doxie, Gismo. On the old MB there was a picture of him with his favor toy- a green spider squeak toy. His nickname was "Spideyman".

Yep, The Home Depot joke came on a morning after way too much coffee.

Here, there and everywhere.
I would have to think hard and plan and haul out a thesaurus to adequately describe what Spidey means to me. If I had to use just one word to describe her, though, it would be "generous." Or "kind." Or a hundred others! Whenever I get an e-mail from my mom, I'm always slightly confused because her words and Spidey's are so much alike, and though Spidey is probably far too young to be my mother, that's the feeling that comes through her words - unconditional love and support, with not a trace of judgment.
