- looks like the author, Eve Tushnet, missed a lot of great books! I stopped reading the article at that point. And yeah, ghost, I agree with your comments above (although it started off at the beginning as a half decent commentary, actually!)

I only got through about 10 paragraphs and then had to quit.

must be some sort of...what's the word? nom de plum? plume?
Eve hasn't been very prolific...her last blog was in '09.
thought the basic premise interesting...and have since wondered if King has written characters like that prior...and...some come to mind. Larry in The Stand. Others? uuummmm, maybe Edgar in Duma Key.
