Way back when, I was involved in a Group, and one of the other involvees brought a presentation about the eagle. It was well-meaning, but horrendous. It talked about the eagle, when it gets old, flying to a mountaintop, plucking out its own feathers, grinding its beak down to a nub, and then presumably waiting there, naked and shivering, until that stuff grew back, and it flew away, having remade itself.
(Please stick with me. I'm on-topic here, I swear.)
All complete poppycock, of course, if you spell "poppycock" with a B and an S. I went back to the hotel room after the meeting and did up a satire PowerPoint. I never did anything with it because I didn't want to hurt the feelings of the well-meaning attendee. It was a very crude PowerPoint, but I remembered it just now because of VultureLuvr's name, and so I saved the Very Crude PowerPoint as a Very Crude Movie and uploaded it.
So here's my birthday gift!! (See, there was a point.) And part of my satire had to do with the abuse of "its" in the eagle presentation. Now, it's crude with a lot of text, so it would be best to put it on full screen and be prepared to read kinda fast, because I'm not spending a lot of time trying to fix this.
