I heard that the chances of being mauled by a brown bear and a polar bear on the same day are greater than those of winning the lottery.
I think I'm safe on this one.........unless I go by a zoo I'm not familiar with.........

I think they didn't include that possibility as a factor.I think I'm safe on this one.........unless I go by a zoo I'm not familiar with.........

Excellent! Drive safe, Missy. ♥Woo Hoo! Good news on the plow--was as simple as having 2 wires reversed when he replaced the distributor--not the timing chain at all--so it's purring like a kitten now. Whew! I may just pick up a lottery ticket on the way home even though that news was probably more rewarding than I'll get from the Lottery Commission.
Excellent! Drive safe, Missy. ♥
I'm really glad to hear this... xoxIf I have my way, I won't be leaving the house from the time I pull into the garage tonight until Monday morning when I have to go to the office.
LOL - here's some HollyGolightly trivia for ya - I love sharing this:
I turned 13 on Friday Aug 13th at 3:13pm. I was born in 1969 - this is a fact.
I live a blessed and charmed life - clearly 13 is a good number for me - not so much for those Knights Templar though.
Oh geez Nate - am I old enough to be your mom?I just found out my truck needs a wheel bearing. It's about $400 for the part alone. If it does fall off, then I'll still have 5 wheels left...
My dad was born on the day before you. Although his mother's birthday is the 13th.
Beware big guys wearing hockey masks and wielding machetes .I realize 15 min ago that it is Friday the 13th today.
Happy Friday 13th for everyone!!!

Oh no, nooooo.... bad weather, bad bearings... I hope Santa will be kind to you and your truck.
(Don't you take any risks now Nate... you really wouldn't want The Big Bad Kiwi to start doing the waggly finger at you. )
Well - I feel younger now than I did when I was 25 - so it's OK. 50 is the new 30.
Lucky for you... 'cause I got bloody close then--had my hand off the mouse even.Well, you were just a teenager when I was born, just like my parents were...
I like to live on the edge.Just kidding, it's in the shop
Yep, just had that windshield put in last week, I think. And the transmission a month or two ago...Lucky for you... 'cause I got bloody close then--had my hand off the mouse even.
Damned vehicles... we need 'em but don't they just eat into our wallets, food cupboards, mortgage payments, fun...? *sigh*
That was a sympathy/empathy "Like" rather than the normal kind.Yep, just had that windshield put in last week, I think. And the transmission a month or two ago...
Hey, I can't expect much more... it's got almost 170,000 miles. The other truck, which is a couple years newer, needed a transmission at around 130,000 miles. This was a while ago though. That was a sympathy/empathy "Like" rather than the normal kind.
