A review appeared in a major New Zealand newspaper about Mr. Mercedes. I wanted to share it with y'all. The reviewer liked the book but the mistakes in the review were breathtaking. The first paragraph, "Retired detective Pete Hodges is haunted by the unsolved case of the Mercedes Killer, a masked man who murdered 15 people...". Further on the reviewer says, "Brady's friend Jerome". There were a few other mistakes. The last line of the review compares the book to James B. Parker for 1977. Probably should be Robert B. Parker. The reviewer's name is Chad Taylor. I read the review and was flabbergasted about how sloppy it was. In case you haven't read the book, the main character's name is Bill Hodges, 8 people were killed, and Jerome is Bill's friend.
