Hey Ms. Mod -- I was wondering if you can confirm or deny the reality of "Texas Driver", as mentioned in Christine and It.

I know the wine Lancers exists, but I'm beginning to think TD is a pigment of Uncle Stevie's imagination.

I've been googling like mad, and found Lancers, which he mentions in a few places. But the closest I can find to confirmation is this thread from the Straight Dope message boards. I don't want to say it don't exist without being SURE it don't, kwim?

This isn't anything urgent -- whenever you have a moment or two, and if it's a giant deal, then just let it drop. You have many other things to do besides indulge my geekery.
