I look forward to talking with them. Been years since I graduated and the wife and I have no kids though we've tried like hail believe you me. So I imagine they have all manner of stories I'd be interested in reading. Can't imagine...or almost can't imagine what high school life is like. Someone probably ought to keep a weather eye on me so I don't get carried away.
School project+school almost over=will disappear quickly (most of them) lol

This morning there were a bunch of new posters (you may have noticed all the Newbies posts) who were saying they'd joined because they were reading Lord of the Flies and it was a school project. It's not clear yet if that really is the case or if we were being spammed.
Ah, I see! Thank you, haven't disgraced myself then! New posts get skimmed over pretty quick for me first thing in the morning before work, and I am guilty of dropping lots of "welcomes" as they don't take long. Thanks for shining the light there!
Some of them have commented in the Lord of the Flies thread, so maybe it's legit. I found myself wondering if it's connected to the poster who asked for volunteers for her college paper, then quickly disappeared, though. I asked her some pointed questions about that after she replied to me and never heard from her again.
Hmmm...probably a bunch of disgruntled Twilight fans hoping to disrupt the peace and tranquility 'round these here parts.
I hope they realize King didn't write Lord Of The Flies.......

I know! My brain has been singing some song about a "bad mammajamma" for two days. I must have heard that somewhere, but LORD it's irritating. Here, you be irritated, too:
Ha - it's already there! Plus the line dance that goes with it. I haven't heard it either, it seems to have come along with that word. That's just a cool word "spammojamma" .
Learn from me - do not google "men in spandex jammies".
