I am a sucker for dates, too. I have a friend at work, whose son was born on 09/08/10 at 12:34am.
That's great, even if you aren't particularly into numbers. Pity though you Americans use the incorrect notation for dates then. In the notation that's used over here (day first, then month) it would be 08/09/10
Reminds me of a story I've once heard about a man who was pulled over by the police:
Police Officer: "What's your date of birth?"
Man: "Three four five six"
PO: "What?"
M: "Three four five six"
PO: "I'll ask again: what's your date of birth?"
M: "Like I said: three four five six"
PO: *sigh* "Can I see your driver's license please?"
M: "Sure" (hands over said license)
PO: "It says here April 3rd 1956"
M: "Like I said: three four five six, 3/4/56"
