I don't know the answer for sure but my niece is in law school and she is getting some experience working for the US Attorney's office this summer. She worked for one of Utah's local state or city attorneys offices last summer. She graduates next spring and will take the bar exam then I think.

Thank you. Just curious. Here they need supervised experience prior to being licensed for independent practice.
