Was reading this earlier. It's becoming more and more apparent that Muschietti definitely did his best to include as much of King's book as possible.

Was reading this earlier. It's becoming more and more apparent that Muschietti definitely did his best to include as much of King's book as possible.
This film or that is, the trailer, has gotten into my dreams. It was standing on my front lawn last night, with a bunch of brightly coloured balloons. Wasn't really scary, just weird. Dreams seem so real at the time, and even normal!! He looked kind of friendly, and the projecter scene was involved too. Bizarre.
I wish, I wish, I wish! Can't even get to another New Zealand destination at the moment, bah humbug!! Even Christchurch would be great, or Rotorua, or Hamilton or any darn place...sigh!! maybe I should buy a Lotto ticket this week..
Will be ten dollars at my local cinemas, so cheap for such a treat!! Nothing else worth seeing at the moment, nothing at all...
Where I live it opens a week after it's released in the US. I'm so bummed that I have to wait a few days after you guys!
On the plus side, our IMAX theatre has separate screens with this "premium" type thingy where you pay a little more (the equivalent of US $15) for more spacious seats and fancy food and drinks and crap. They're showing IT in this theatre so I'm gonna treat myself on opening day! If I'm gonna get scared to death by Pennywise, might as well enjoy every pixel.

I hope that my local puts it on in their Imax theatre. I am happy to pay $15.00 for this, as I hardly go to the cinema anymore. Treat!

I'll be going to see IT at a Galaxy Theater, with recliners and side tables. So glad I found it because I need to put my feet up. 
i guess the folks making the pics are going to count down with the cast the rest of the days. lucky number 13

Pretty much my reaction to this entire thread
ALL these things are awesome but this is just jaw droppingly awesome...
I dont have a problem with 1990s IT but is was certainly more kid oriented. Very few scary moments except if you were a kid. This on the other hand seems more...horrorish. I am curious to see the adult part.
That was awesome! Can't wait to see this. What I like most was seeing the interactions of the kids off screen. They look like they bonded well, which should make the onscreen performances better! Thanks, steffen!
