Just a noob saying hello

I was 12 when I read my first Stephen King book. I jumped right in to the thick of things with It. From there I rapidly consumed every King book i could get my hands on.

King did not introduce me to horror. I was reading Poe and Hitchcock collections well before i was introduced to King. Horror has been my favorite major genre as long as i have been reading. But King's work was and is so much more than just a good creepy story. I don't have to tell you that. You know.

So hello everyone. And a pile of thanks for Stephen King. Where would we be without him.

Howdy Marsintenn, I too cut my teeth on those old Alfred Hitchcock compilations prior to discovering Mr. King. My first King was 'Salems Lot at 13 and I've never looked back. All the best, mal.
