Insomnia is a result of a few different factors. One of them can be anxiety. Anxiety is a result of not having the 'mentality' you would like to have. Do not drink caffeine after 5 pm. Do not do any exercise three hours before bed-time. Turn off the lights 30 minutes before you go to bed. Have a warm cup of milk an hour before you go to bed. If you want you can take 'Valerian' which is helpful, but talk to your doctor before hand. I suffered from insomnia six years ago. I couldn't get to sleep until four in the morning and would sleep for only two hours. I ended getting some sleeping tablets that rectified the pattern but made me like a zombie for the course of the prescription.
Insomnia... lol... at least there is a word for it!!
