Yep, that's the place! It was gorgeous there today! A beautiful 61 degrees and all the sun you could want! I actually went all the way out to the Falls this time! Last year the wind was blowing way too hard for my liking so I didn't chance it but today there was hardly any wind. I think my friend pulled a tendon in her leg tho when we were attempting to run back up the trail to the top. She felt something 'snap'. Hope she'll be alright.
Is this the place? Or is Palouse Falls different than the Palouse Scenic Byway?
