Sorry not sure why that went sideways. That first pic is otis and Mikey now. This is otis and Mikey the day Otis came home from the Vet.

We got our dog for our sons fourth birthday.He wanted one. I was on Craigslist looking at animals. Just always look at them. Anyhow my son kept pointing and saying doggie. So we took him to look at them. He picked one out and called him Otis.Our son is speech delayed and to this point never spoke a sentence. We had the puppy two days and discovered he was deathly sick. We took him to the vet. Found out he had parvo and the vet did not think he could save him. But we had to try,so for the next couple of days my hubby gave the puppy an IV every four hours.Night and day. The puppy only got sicker and we called the vet and he told us to bring him in and we should put him down.So we think we are prepared to put him to sleep. We are getting ready to leave the vet and we tell our son to say good bye to Otis. Our son looks at the puppy and says Good bye I love you Otis. Omg my hubby and I in shock. Say to the vet please try to save him at whatever cost. I am crying both happy and sad.At the tune of just over a thousand dollars ,we have a happy healthy puppy and son.

Linda - I have tears in my eyes as I write this. That is beautiful. What is up with me? I am not usually so emotional but to think you went to all that trouble. What an amazing and lovely story!
