We have done French fries, tator tots, and yesterday, Karen did muffins in it. It came with muffin cups that are made out of rubber to withstand the hot air.
So, for dinner we tried a recipe of chicken strips that had sat in buttermilk for a few hours. Then we rolled them in cornbread crumbs, and placed 6 in the air fryer. Man, was that good to pieces! Karen did 2 rounds of them.
It took about 23 minutes to be all crispy. They were tender, and juicy inside!
One thing, we forgot to spray any oil on them! They were just as good without the oil!
Karen is doing more muffins right now.
You just can't believe the taste of the food when it is done.
