I absolutely love bacon, crispier the better. But it makes me so darn thirsty end up drinking pints and pints of water throughout the day. So for me it is a little treat that I have very rarely.
yes, it's got to be crispy - nothing beats crispy pork fat - swoon.....
I've never met one of those.
I buy Kirkland bacon at Costco (shouldn't buy any anywhere) because it's as good as any anywhere, imho, and cheaper.
