Hello!
I'm new to the forum, obviously.
I love Stephen King. Obviously.
His writing style is in my top three favorite authors. These are the three authors I always circle back to after I read something dreadful. Or when I need to be refreshed.
I love many of his books, but 11/22/63 is easily my favorite. I love everything about it. I loved learning little details about life during the 50's and 60's. I have always had a strong interest in the evolution of daily life, from pioneer days to the present day.
I liked the noble cause of the protagonist, and don't get me started on Jake and Sadie's love story. I cried my eyes out during the dance scene at the end. I actually had to put the book down and wipe my eyes because I couldn't see to keep reading. Not a typical reaction to Stephen King's writing, haha. Although I also teared up at the end of Cujo.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to chatting about his work!
