Some of you guys know I love peanut butter. Blunt knows I love creamy.
But have any of you ever tried this? I wonder if it's any good.

It's available from Amazon! Sounds weird, huh? Anyway, whenever you get that peanut butter feeling, come to this thread and post your thoughts!

Either or.. Have you seen the food that they call plumpy nut? It is fed 2 starving kids in Africa as a food replacement substitute. The funny thing is they don't find kids in Africa that are allergic to peanut butter or peanuts that is so common in the United States.. I guess when you are starving being allergic doesn't matter..

Yep, they don't get enough food to be allergic!

I love peanut butter but I don't think I'd try that powder stuff. I love to mix apple jelly with my peanut butter until it's smooth and then spread it on rice cakes. Mmmmmm . . .good stuff. Good googa mooga!
Oh man peanut butter and boysenberry jam together on hot buttered toast. Mmmmmm. I've never tired with apple flavoured before.... I must!

I have a friend who adds this to her smoothies and stir fry dishes. She says it's very good for adding peanut butter flavor to foods.

I pretty much like all peanut butter, but will take crunchy or "super-crunchy" if given the choice. I'm particularly drawn to "natural" peanut butter, where you mix in the oil before you eat it, and you pretty much have to keep it in the refrigerator to keep it from separating.

Powdered peanut butter? Maybe, but someone else will have to have it and prove it to me. I ain't buying that stuff.

I like both creamy and crunchy, and brand doesn't matter much. I'd never heard of powdered peanut butter prior to finding this thread. It probably contains less sugar than most peanut butter. I like that this product is Kosher, which I assume includes exceptional quality control. My doctor wants me to try the kind of peanut butter Grandpa mentioned.

It was a dietary recommendation that got me to try it. If I understand it correctly, it has a lowered sugar content, the natural oils are good for you, or at least better than what's added to the other stuff, and the oils and the chunkiness make for slower digestion and hence slower elevation of blood glucose. I think.
