Cute idea but wouldn't you have to cook the bacon (lightly) first so as to remove some of the fat? I might try this but just gently sauté the bacon slices first then cool them

I don't know but I'd love to find out.
"After you have fried the bacon for a few minutes so that it is not completely raw, unfurl your cinnamon rolls. Then lay one strip of bacon on each of them, and re-roll!"

Bacon Cinnamon Rolls - Tablespoon

"Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place bacon strips in skillet and fry for 2-3 minutes until still soft but slightly cooked. Remove bacon and pat dry with paper towels."
