So here was my response from the seller, yet again I call BS on this one.

Dear odinseye2008,Yes, I email photos of ,me at the event. It's also in the local newspaper "the Brighton news". The photos are of me with him signing finders keepers

What other proof do you have from the event? Is this a legitimate signature?

I followed up by letting her know I was also at the event, have two signed copies and everyone else has copies signed in BLUE and why hers was signed differently. I also ask her how she obtained the copy of IT signed at the event, and why the signatures are EXACT. And I said I would love to see the photos of her at the event.

I can play devils advocate here and say, well maybe she got a signature when he was arriving or leaving the event and had her own sharpie, I didn't see him sign any other things on his way out or in but that don't mean it didn't happen. But her big mistake was saying she got it signed that way at event, when it they were all signed in blue, and posting the pic of the IT paperback with what is obviously the same copied signature. Let me guess, she just happened to have a beat up paperback copy of IT handy to get signed?? sketchy.

...some people just suck like a Dyson vacuum....

This sucks in many ways, for the potential buyer who wants a autographed SK book and gets a fake from some scammer. Also I do a lot of ebay, and this lady is a "top rated seller" tons of feedback and all that, but she sells basically name brand clothing. Has an ebay store with Gucci ect. Those brands she (if its even a she) are all the top brands that are counterfeited the most. I'm not saying that she sells fakes, but she certainly tried to sell fake SK signed books, her instant removal of the item after being questioned almost proves that, although the Finders Keepers is still up for sale. Makes you question everything this person has for sale. My personal opinion is this person is a total fake and scammer that has made a living ripping people off on ebay. Complete bottom feeder.

Beware of these books:

watrskiergurl | eBay

They supposedly came from the Bridgton signing, but they are done in black ink, where all the actual signatures from there were done in blue ink. Also, the two signatures are identical, which means one probably was traced.

I could be wrong, but better to be safe than sorry.

John
Tut tut....the black ink is a dead giveaway.I attended and the ink was blue.Hmmmmm,My Revival signature was also in blue.Maybe Ms. Mod can tell us......does Mr.King now only sign in blue?

Huh,here is my reply to the question ,"Is that signature in black ink." So many things wrong with this I don't know where to start. They would not have let her bring Finders Keepers into the theater as it was stated he would not be signing anything else(they were even checking pocketbooks). You got your book when you got to the table and were in front of Mr.King.And the chances of her getting this signed outside the theater where there were 400 plus OTHER fans standing are slim to none.I hate hate hate the idea of someone spending close to $500.00 on this book. That's alot of money for us regular folks.

Dear stacy270,

Yes, it was signed by him walking into the theater before the signing, I had an extra book

Hi,

Such BS!! She didn't respond to me, because I called her out on it. No explanation like that at all because I also pointed out that it is the EXACT same signature on her busted ass paperback copy of "IT" now she took that listing down and still continues to attempt to sell a fake!! this lady is a fraud and it makes me angry!!

Hi,

ALSO, the ebay listing claims it was signed at the event, with "Photos of him signing it to prove it" and in your message she states that he signed it going into the event. So those photos are NOT of SK signing the book and therefore no "proof" at all.
