I actually do/did play the clarinet. I learned in HS, but haven't kept up. I still know the fingerings and such and have one at home.I didn't know you played the clarinet.

Actually my son plays tuba and is quite good. He is in the advanced concert band and the jazz band too. I was a sax player myself, though I learned most of the brass as well. I now play guitar mostly, though drums, piano and bass are among my other skill sets.I would have had you pegged for the tuba. What with all the hot air and all.........
Hmmm, you'd have to find it, but I linked me playing for Mod at the Kon last year in Bangor. I think it's in the thread for it. The particular video isn't my best performance, but I was a bit drunk, so I have that excuse... LOLI've seen the pics, but have never heard him. I don't think.......

It's never let me down and always been there for me, even when things were pretty dark and distant.Hoss be a "Music Man"!!
I grew up in a household of classical music. My dad played the violin-- miss hearing that a lot. Music lifts the mind, body and spire in many ways. It's never let me down and always been there for me, even when things were pretty dark and distant.
I grew up listening to Classical music, too. Both Mom and Dad loved it, and Dad was constantly playing it. When he got home from work in the evening he'd put an album on, Beethoven, Mendelssohn, whatever. He bought a beautiful console stereo. We all had no choice but listen.
