Hi there! My name is Sarah and I'm an aspiring write'aholic.
I've struggled for years with this creative affliction.. The "I have a brilliant story, but only conveyed through my minds eye so its too much to write" or the ever present "My ides are **** so what's the point?" have plagued me. Really giving me the blues. The blues plague, if you will.
Finally, at long last, I found a book that gave me some true, inspirational information on how to guide my "affliction" into an "addiction".
But alas, I've been cut short.
Over a decade ago Mr. King wrote "A Memoir of the Craft of Writing" and I devoured it in two days. Literally. Highlighter marks, bent corners, soggy finger print thingys...the works.
PERO!
The one complaint.
There was an exercise that was given and at the end, could actually be submitted and seen by by Mr. K....maaybe...
But that option no longer stands, as I just found out, and my heart is freshly broken.
Sad Face.
