Really bad anxiety dreams.......

Reading before sleeping helped me a lot had a really bad nightmare a couple of weeks ago. And i stopped watching Criminal Minds.

I found Criminal Minds a bit too graphic and disgusting for my taste so I had to stop watching it - yuk!

My son ran up the stairs once and I asked him what was wrong (he looked scared) and he told me he had been watching an episode of Criminal Minds.

Two dreams last night. Anxiety? dunno.

I know my ex is coming over to pick up furniture.
So I dream that I am at work, he shows up. I tell him how wonderful he looks, he lost weight! (he was never overweight) He is against a a wall and wraps his legs around my waist and then I spin him around like some crazy dancing with the stars move, or maybe Rose in the titanic? We was dancin.

Next up.
A reception of some sort. Long tables. (wedding)?
Here comes Johnny Depp (shut up) and Robert Downey Jr. They sit down and start singing and harmonizing to "Scarborough Fair". Parsleeeeey Saaageee....
I knew the whole song and everyone was doing the slow hand raise weaving back and forth.

I think you have a lot going on right now; lots on your mind. Sometimes when we are under stress our brain is overactive
during sleep mode and will manifest unsettling scenarios by picking up bits and pieces of our memories and transfer them
into some pretty wacky dreamscapes. I was always taught that those who dream tend to be of a higher than average
intelligence.
