Mary Grace Canfield who had roles on "General Hospital," but was best known for her role as handywoman Ralph Monroe on the television show "Green Acres," has died of lung cancer at the age of 89.
I used to watch Green Acres faithfully. And right this minute, I could sing the whole opening song. She would also play Gomer's love interest on Andy Griffith occasionally. I think her name there was Mary Grace on the episode, her real life name. Great character actress. One of those faces you recognize, but can't put the name to.
