I suspect so would he. No offense to the fans but he's happiest when he's in his writing zone.I would rather King spent his time writing than "supervising" a camp.

Nah, I was just messing around. (mostly)lol... is that a daydream you've had often?
I'd like to hang out with him and Tabby at their FL home in the Springtime because, hey, I love the beach! I'd love to sit by the shore and discuss literature and art with the both of them.
Same here-- like "WHEN YOU GONNA WRITE AGAIN?"Sounds good to me As beautiful and quant as Maine is, I'm not a big fan of cold weather. Also, I think I have more questions for Tabby than SK lol.
Same here-- like "WHEN YOU GONNA WRITE AGAIN?"
...I'm more concerned about a "Lord of the Flies" scenario....Why do I feel like a Stephen King camp would turn into a "And Then There Were None" situation?
Don't make it sound like a bad thing.........I'm more concerned about a "Lord of the Flies" scenario....
...ok Piggy, I'll chilllax...Don't make it sound like a bad thing......
A Stephen King camp.... hmmm.
Day one: Arrive at the airport, disembark and see Stephen waiting at the bag carousel-thingee with a sign. "Over here Flake!"
Ride back to his place on his Harley... yeeey-ah!
Put my feet up on the couch (no shoes!) and sleep off the jet-lag while he tap, tap, taps away at his morning writing. (try to ignore his intermittent bursts of derisive laughter as he kills off yet another character)
Take a tour of the kitchen (mwhahahahahaha) and help him and Tabby make some lunch. Throw my crusts to Molly to stop her from chewing on my ankle.
A long leisurely walk in the afternoon, while discussing past works. (giving him the occasional flick on the arm for killing some of my best lovelies)
Dinner at a restaurant of their choice... and then out to Marsha's place for dessert and coffee--tea for Stephen. (Okay Marsha, if I have to, I will eat something non-chocolate. *sigh* )
Say goodbye to Stephen and Tabby for the night... stay up into the wee small hours with Marsha watching movies. (poking her in the arm every now and then when she drifts off)
Sleep.
Day two: Stephen picks us in the morning (after 'writing' time) and gives Marsha the rest of the week off. He takes us on a tour around Maine, showing me all of the book sites... and when we stop for refreshments, they bring me up to speed on his next two releases.
After dropping Marsha home, we return back to his place, I play with Molly for a while and then spring clean his book study.
He is so impressed with my work, that he decides to adopt me and thereafter I shall be known as "Flake, the House Elf." (no, I have not read all of Harry Potter and so do not wish to know my fate. Thank you very much... )
Yeah What she saidI suspect so would he. No offense to the fans but he's happiest when he's in his writing zone.
I'll be across the aisle at a table with Diane Lane.
Sorry, she's mine.Rats, I should have brought her along fishing. Good call, blunty.
Did this really happen? I was so zoned out in the mom zone for so many years I must have missed this. Which book? Which character? That would be SO COOL!Ya know, this could certainly bring in some serious bucks for charity if this was something that could be up for an auction like he did a few years ago with having your name placed in one of his novels and used for one of the characters.......
I think it was for Full Dark, No Stars. I can't remember. I'd like to know, too.Did this really happen? I was so zoned out in the mom zone for so many years I must have missed this. Which book? Which character? That would be SO COOL!
FlakeNoir Flake the house elf!
