mmm construction. it's the field i am in as well, though more framing than estimating at the moment.

Spent about eight years in Florida...framing houses in the hot sun...Texas, Louisiana, Iowa. Been self-employed for 25 years or so now. But we also had snow in every month since last October including this one and that's not too conducive to construction. But I live in paradise, otherwise. Not getting rich but life is good.
